Lineage Trap

In a blog post on 20 September 2014 Tony Proctor explained his term Lineage Trap.

Tony said “Back in May of 2014, I used the term “lineage trap” to refer to the distortion of historical research and its representation resulting from an undue focus on biological lineage.”
