Geneafind

I find new words for the geneadictionary in all sorts of places.

Last week, my genimate DearMYRTLE (aka Pat Richley-Erickson) suggested on Google+ a new term Geneafind.

Her post was a great Geneafind for the Geneadictionary and an example of Genearosity.

Genearosity

Genearosity – Kindess and consideration in the genealogy community

First mention I found was in 2002 from  Janice Tanner on http://www.genealogy.com/genealogy/users/t/a/n/Janice-Tanner-/index.html
then in  2004 from Sharolyn Redfern in South Africa

Decrapify

I have been blogging here and there about my efforts to decrapify my life and genealogy space. Kylie Willison suggested that I add the word to this geneadictionary so I will even though it is a word I found outside the geneasphere.

What tipped the scales was a RAOGK from my social media pal Jenna Mills on Google+ this morning. Jenna produced this great graphic, shared it with me and gave me permission to use it on my blog.

Thanks Jenna for your genearosity.
